Education Secretary Cardonna is feeling heat after butchering a quote from Ronald Reagan. Cardonna was talking about school funding challenges and invoked the President’s words.
“As I think President Reagan said, we’re from the government, we’re here to help. There is — there are resources there and a playbook that could support work you are doing, count on us as a partner in this.”
That is not what Reagan said, many on social media quick to point out. Education Secretary left out important context.
