  • Usage & Interaction Data: Features accessed, time spent, search queries, and affiliate link clicks to improve recommendation accuracy.
  • Device Information: Device model, OS version, and non-personally identifiable device identifiers for analytics and crash reporting.
  • Contact Information: Email address only if you voluntarily contact us for support.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To power the Pinterest-to-product recommendation engine.
  • To display relevant affiliate deals and honest product reviews.
  • To maintain app functionality, security, and performance.
  • To comply with Pinterest Platform Policies, FTC regulations, and App Store requirements.

3. Pinterest API Compliance

By using Addictedhub, you authorize us to interact with the Pinterest API on your behalf. We strictly adhere to Pinterest’s Platform Policy:

  • We do NOT store Pinterest user data beyond the active session required for recommendations.
  • We do NOT sell, share, or redistribute Pinterest data to any third party.
  • Pinterest data is used EXCLUSIVELY within the context of this application.
  • You can revoke Pinterest API access at any time via your Pinterest account settings.

4. Affiliate Disclosure & Third-Party Links

Affiliate Relationships: Addictedhub participates in affiliate marketing programs (including but not limited to Amazon Associates, ShareASale, and CJ Affiliate). We earn commissions from qualifying purchases made through links in our App. This does not affect the price you pay.

FTC Compliance: All affiliate links are clearly disclosed within the App interface before click-through.

Third-Party Sites: Our App contains links to Pinterest, merchant websites, and affiliate partners. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their respective policies.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but commit to commercially acceptable protection standards.

6. Children’s Privacy

Addictedhub is NOT intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If discovered, such data will be immediately deleted.

7. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to:

  • Revoke Pinterest API access anytime via Pinterest Settings → Apps.
  • Request deletion of all your data by emailing us.
